Around the bay & in the village....
We have a Cape Maclear Tour guide ascociation which represents all the tour guides based in the village & operates out of the Thatched office at the far right of our beach - rotating weekly in groups of six or seven, the guides can offer a wide variety of trips and services around the bay. Boat trips to the island of Thumbi, hiking in the hills surrounding Cape, Snorkelling at Otters point or even just a walk through the village to meet some of the local business men & see how the fishermen ply their trade - all can be organised from here - we know the people representing the group & you can check with us first regarding price guidelines & deposits if necessary as well as organising cooler boxes of drinks for your trip.

We have Kayaks & snorkell gear for hire, book exchange, DVD hire & portable player use, Wi-Fi Internet access & laptop hire, Big Screen TV for all the big sporting events, Movies in the afternoon & evenings when we aren’t so busy & of course the biggest parties on the lake for the long weekends & public holidays.
